Anggun Chef was founded in 2011 by Mimie Azura. Mimie is a chef by training, but by heart, she is a passionate cook since young. Now, with more than 10 years of involvement in the Food and Beverage industry, Mimie is on a mission to bring her culinary experience gained from various parts of the world to create amazing recipes.

As a passionate cook, she aspires to deliver delicious, honest food with a twist, using modern techniques and the best ingredients. Her passion for food will continuously grow as she continues traveling and getting inspiration from around the world.

    The First Step

    The Opening of Our First Restaurant, Anggun Fusion
    ADH first ventured in the F&B industry as a semi-fine dining restaurant located in Plaza Damas 3

    The OG

    The Introduction of Anggun Fusion Ready-To-Eat (RTE) & Private Catering
    Anggun Fusion officially introduced three signature RTE sauces which are:

    • Asam Pedas Sauce
    • Rendang Peanut Butter Sauce
    • Seafood Sauce

    The Sauces has gotten a great response from our esteemed customer both in the local and international market. Our passion for growing as a company and expanding our services in the industry has further led us to introduce our first catering services which focus on giving foodservice solutions for private gatherings and parties.

    The Commitment

    The Market Expansion & Introduction of Private Catering
    In early 2015, the ADH team has decided to prioritize the expansion of Anggun Fusion RTE sauces in the local and international market as demand grew. Our passion for growing as a company and expanding our services in the industry led us to proudly introduce our first private catering services.

    The Reborn:

    Anggun Chef®
    The brand Anggun Fusion was renamed to Anggun Chef ® as our product concept grew from just a fusion concept to a much more wholesome and authentic concept.

  • 2017

    The Opportunity:

    The Opening of Anggun Chef ® Cafe
    Our involvement in SEA games 2017 as one of the official food vendor has allowed us to open Anggun Chef ® Café at one of SEA games venues, Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC) Kuala Lumpur

  • 2020

    The Progress:

    Anggun Chef® Café, and Anggun Chef® Kitchen
    Two thousand twenty marks the most significant progress trajectory the organization undertook with the opening of Anggun Chef® Kitchen in Jalan Ipoh, and a complete makeover of Anggun Chef® Café at Malaysia International Trade and Exhibition Centre (MITEC). This shows steady perseverance by the organization to progress despite the challenges and restrictions facing the nation due to COVID-19.
